The VLAD is extremely disappointed with the market reaction to the lawsuit settlement. Greedy lawyers get their $1.8M and cry baby stock holders get to split the remaining $4.2M several million ways. Lawyers make a ton(their legal secretaries did all the work) while stock holders get a few pennies on the dollar. Only in America.

Many of the dummies out there do not realize it but the removal of the law suit completely changes the picture at Vivus now in terms of Vivus now becoming an attractive buy out candidate at these laugh my a#s off prices.

What do we have TODAY at $5.00/share that we didn't have 3 years ago at $20.00/share:

1)MUSE including a state of the art production facility.
2)Alibra finishing up phase III clinical trials.
3)Important new patent covering a topical female SD product which no doubt will be a block buster drug.
4)Patent to be announced any day for a premature ejaculation product with phase I/II trials to begin later this year.
5)Important progress on gene therapy to treat organic vascular ED via Dr Christ.
6)Other R&D work in progress covering urinary incontinence and prostate cancer.

When will this market wake up and smell the coffee. We have 6M shorts trapped in a clear turn around situation and yet the stock still trades near bankruptcy prices.

Perhaps the big market sell off yesterday and today has prevented an appropriate market reaction. The VLAD's sources tell him that one piece of news being withheld due to market sell off but to come out later in the week. Still expecting a press release from international partner regarding MUSE.
