Buy UMG today, say at 76 1/2, 31$ cash at closing the deal +0.95 shares of T, you are getting T today at approx. 51 or less. do the math.

What's your read on T today? Did you change your mind yesterday & hopefully got back in before today's second stage runnup?

Apologize to call you on this one, but T at this point is a definite buy & hold. If you truly wanted to be in T long term, yesterday, IMHO was no time to sell.
