IDT overall situation too complicated to analyze it piece by piece.
NASDAQ slippage in the recent past has caused most of the recent price decline. The MM's had IDTC down to 26 on very low volume earlier in the day. Tough for IDTC to go up when NAS down and overall market sentiment a bit shakey. IDTC needs to explain itself and/or others (analysts or newswriters) to explain the overall plan or at least some of the parts before we can progress. My concerns center around the continuing decline of the NAS and the IDC timelines for info release. IDC has used up the patience of most. I am well aware, however, that MM's love to drive a stock down just before positive news is released. One of their favorite ways to make money.

Dave, seems like a silly question, but I would think in the mid teens. Even though you can easily support a valuation based on price/pe/sales or book of mid twenties.

I'll tell you why I think it is a silly question though. The company has drawn down funds from Lehman and Oppenheimer and Bankers Trust to redeem the bonds. Those funds MUST have been secured by the IPO.In other words they would not have been given without express assurances that it would be filed.

To me, the train has left the station.

The only possible reason Softbank might not be part of the deal would be if IDT found a better partner combination. They obviously were sold and said so.

Good luck in trying to find negative things about the company though. I don't think there asre too many.
