MSFT Buying 2-3% stake of AT&T...ATHM WILL FLY!

AOL is losing ground in the Broadband.....DOESN'T LOOK GOOD!

ATHM has more splits to go.
Just look at the amount of shares issued.
AOL, IMHO, already maxed out.

ATHM/AT&T/MSFT/XCIT/Comcast/TCI and Time Warner = SOLID GROWTH = UNTOUCHABLE BROADBAND! JMHO

AT&T is working to forge a partnership with Microsoft that would involve Microsoft paying
about $5 billion for a 2 to 3-percent stake in the telephone company, according to reports.

The talks between Microsoft and AT&T, reported by the New York Times today, also played a role in the
attempts on the part of AT&T to fight off Comcast in its bid to acquire cable company MediaOne Group
for $54 billion in cash and stock.
