ZIASUN TECHNOLOGIES TO OPEN DOORS TO INVESTORS IN ASIA

SAN DIEGO, May 5 Asia Pulse - ZiaSun Technologies Inc (OTC BB: ZSUN)
(www.ziasun.com), announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiaries in
Asia were inviting shareholders, analysts and journalists to visit
their operations and meet with senior management.

The company said it intended to throw open the doors of its Momentum
subsidiaries in Hong Kong and the Philippines to investors, analysts
and the media to get a full picture of the group's operations.

The company has offices in Hong Kong, Manila and the Clark Special
Economic Zone, in the Philippines.

ZiaSun's President and CEO, Mr Anthony L Tobin, said: "I sincerely hope
that those interested in the company will take the time to come and
meet the key people in Asia and get a full update on our business.

"(We want to establish an open dialogue with these groups of
influential people. A steady stream of visitors will give us the
opportunity to establish a meaningful two-way relationship with
investors, analysts and the media, and to explain our business model to
them in detail.

"'We have recently had visits in Hong Kong from individual and
institutional investors, all of whom have gone away impressed with what
they have seen and heard," said Mr Tobin.

Visitors were welcome at any time, and would be met by senior
management of the Momentum companies and given an update on the status
of various projects in development, including: Swiftrade, London;
Swiftrade, Hong Kong; Free PINmail; and Asia4Sale Following a visit to
Momentum's office in Hong Kong, those interested will be invited to the
group's other Asian facilities in the Philippines.

He added that the company will make up to five hotel rooms available in
the vicinity of the Hong Kong and Philippines offices for a total of
four nights each for investors, analysts and journalists per month for
the next four months.

In addition, five tickets per month for return flights between Hong
Kong and Manila would be made available to any visitor who has gone to
the trouble and expense of travelling to Hong Kong from the US or
Europe.
