JK, I am still here, but work has been busy of late and I just haven't had any time to post. I believe MSFT will come out a real winner in these negotiations regarding AT&T, Media One and Comcast. Especially is MSFT decides to invest ~ $5B in T. The investment is small enough to remove any DOJ pressure, but significant enough that it tells me MSFT will be making material progress in its attempt to get Windows software in the settops. I am still waiting for RTev to return! He has continuously argued that there was little chance that MSFT and T would ever do business together. Teflon
