Igor, you are absolutely correct. Increasing earnings will bring the PE to "normal levels". I think that TraderC's time frame is probably about one week so he's correct too, as the concept of future earnings is alien to him. The market IMO is nervous about ATT's impact on AOL. I suspect that Fidelity is scooping up the shares that they sold in the 160's.
