Nat, I just got executed at 115 7/8 !! I had put a buy order in when I sold my position 2 weeks ago. I wasn't sure I would get it but I told my broker hey you never know. And here we are!! Stock had a nice bounce off 115,

Hi Nat,

I agree, especially with point 5.

There has been a promise of broadband with cable for many years and each year is the year of the rollout.

Also, it is a closed market. I see lots of xDSL companies here in Los Angeles... it is a vibrant alive market. The cable market is closed and non-competitive, and so far non-existent for data services.

Boradband on cable has been hype and promise for many years and cable has not ever been in a technologically competitive landscape and cable has never been tweaked... it is a staid, closed utility. Phone lines, on the other hand, have been tweaked for data like a nice dough of kneaded bread. Remember when 9.6K was blazingly fast? I don't think xDSL is the end of the road for copper speed increases.
