Thanks. I found it in the Jan 25 issue. IDsat = 940 uA/um (N) and 420 for P is pretty amazing. I wonder if AMD will be in the same ballpark. Yesterday at Embedded Processor Forum an Intel guy said this process would be used for StrongARM II as well. That's enough to make the whole embedded market shudder.
