. . . .STATE OF THE MARKET. . . .

Baton, be sure not to miss Intel's website for Multipath movies. . . that is the feather in the cap that keeps us buying.

TO ALL:

Anyone here happy we sold our internets weeks ago? I know I am . . .take a look at your internet execution prices, then look at today's price. . .and add up the difference. . . you won't believe your eyes.

Some stocks that just won't stop upticking through the past week or so include SPLH, FDO, FTUS, SPGLA. . .not sure quite why. . .

TELT getting hit hard by short-sellers. . .rather than selling, I expect a squeeze play very soon here. . .as recent buying power is FAR FAR stronger than the meager short-selling power. . .this is hard to see, but what I can tell so far from trading logs and sentiment. Sold some on the way down and buying some on the way back and holding some free shares despite the daily moves.

TELT, IRSN and XYBR are three similar companies that make wearable computer components. TELT has a major deal with SIEMENS, IRSN has a major deal with Boeing [defense contractor with DARPA deals] and XYBR sells directly to consumers and has ties with Sony for potential "Netman" wearable. . . .all use interactive voice technology and are very very Dick Tracy cool. . . all three are also fairly cheap. . .over summer may get even cheaper.

LU and NSCP cut a wireless software deal today.

Expect several weeks of days similar to today as the major hedge funds and mutuals dump the high-techs and internets into morning strength each day until they have sold a sufficient amount.

Watch for oversold bounce plays, but think near-term gains as they can go lower lower lower. I am not expecting a rebound of nets and high-techs on the near term, but am totally bearish thru the summer.

I have said this over and over and can't make it much clearer. I am looking to buy high-techs in three moves. . .when they get oversold, and pass where they started year, I am looking for 1/4 positions. . .

When they hit what seems to be a solid bottom near last fall's prices, I am looking to add 1/2 position. . .then should there be a major sell-off in June, I will add the last 1/4 position into the panic.

Looking to sell some into mid-July rally. . . and that is about it.

My predictions have not waivered since February and I am now working that plan. . .only facet not implemented is going short on some choice losers, as a hedge.
