Call them at 1-800-498-8068. Don't leave a message for a call back. Talk live with someone. Get them to change whatever they need to change. If you rely on call-back or an email response, you may wind up waiting a long time.
The same thing happened to me. If your experience is anything like mine, they'll tell you it's your fault, that you must have registered before, and they will resist helping. But insist, and failing that helping, come back here again to get help.

Jonathan,

If you've already registered as a free user, all you need to do is go to the subscription mgmt page, where you can add/subtract paid services to your heart's content.

Look in the upper couple of inches of the left hand nav bar on the home page. There's the link to register or subscribe that you're already trying to use, and there's another one for managing your account. On that one you'll find a bunch of bright red buttons for adding exchanges and upgrading subscriptions.

The advice you got on tech support is right. Talk to someone and you're okay. E-mail or Voice-mail are hopelessly backlogged right now. They've promised they are ramping up the staff. If their performance on that is as good as other things, it'll get done. Maybe not as soon as we could hope, but it it will happen.

Good luck,

Mike
