Panic buying?! Who knows. Nas wants to see 2400 pretty bad. Maybe then. This is happening in the face of csco e which is weird. The rules are being bent a little. 2260 would be the nas low for the year and a 15% correction. Often times when 10% is pushed thru, you get a fast drop to 15%. So we either rebound between here and about 2390, or it gets really ugly for about a week and then "panic buying" sets in. Gene, I would not call it panic buying but it does appear money started to flow back into the maket about five minutes ago.
