The longer this drags on the more interesting it will get. If the bulk sample reports are very good, pity the poor judge who has to make a ruling because the stakes change and this will likely influence the case. Winspear will argue loud and clear that no money, no share. This scenerio will greatly strengthen Winspear's arguement. In fact I would bet that if the results are great, Winspear will win the case.

If the results are poor then Aber can withdraw their petition and if their thinking was to find out the results before putting in their money they will have saved a few million.
