Results are pretty much in the bag. Last Friday they had 63% of the 66.7% they needed. They would've received enough votes on Friday and Saturday to put them over the top. Obewon

Casey - STB's reconvened mtg. is supposedly 3PM CST (?) today in Richardson TX according to the joint PR posted on 30 April on STBI's homepage which is the latest notice there. I hold STBI rather than TDFX and have received no mailings (email or other) since voting my shares electronically on or about the 26th of April. Regards, Harry PS - Is Richardson not on CDT instead of CST? Just wondering.
