Bretsky,

Dow 10K never really got a retest. 9700 may be the bottom. From everything I've looked at I get the impression that a 12% correction is the most likely.
On a technical level, when the 13 dRSI on the S&P and the Dow gets below 20 on a huge volume (around 1.5 billion on the NYSE) exhaustion kind of day...that's the bottom.
