Small caps in general appear to be doing better than large. Both the Russel 2000 and the S&P 600 small cap index crossed above their 200 and 50 dma's in early April and have been trending upward. If the market stays in a trading range we'll probably see small caps rally before any market crash.

Right now I only own two oil stocks: tcms and pgei. Both are microcaps by all measures. PGEI is up today and tcms is flat but will break out within the next few days after consolidating.

OIL is having a nice run as well. Drats, I still want to buy more!
