The way I see it is that the DOW hit 11000 and "pros" started making cautionary remarks about the high price of "the market". This upswing unfortunately has not included our beloved Dell, so when people start talking about a capitualtion in selling due to the perceive over-valuation of "the market", Dell gets caught in the downdraft, even though it has not really participated in the recent upswing (like the I-NUTS, cyclicals).

It's up to the MOMO's to notice the divergence of Dell with big movers, then realize a good price when they see it.

Dell is moving to the downside with the market in general.

This is called "market risk".
