Genesis has entered into an Advertising Contract with Tri-Vista Entertainment & Media (Erogen)(C), for the purpose of providing various types of advertising and marketing for the Tri-Vista(D) product line, which includes "Erogenex". Genesis's due diligence has produced sufficient supporting documentation to indicate clear ownership of the name "Erogenex", by Tri-Vista Entertainment & Media. Thank You (G) >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> (A) Press release was dated April 29 (B) First released by Erogen (C) Press release says Erogen and no mention of Tri-Vista Entertainment. (D) See (C) (E) Has it been granted, and in which name? (F) Does this Thread belong to Genesis Media? Is Genesis trying to stifle free speech? (G) Why no name attached to this message. There is a lot of speculation as to whether Don Logan is still running the Company. Now that you are answering questions, here are some more: 1. Is Mr. Logan still active in the day-to-day activities of gnnx? 2. Did Mr. Logan actually dispose of his stock as reported in the PR of 3/14/99? 3. When do you expect the audited financial statements to be released, and who is the auditor(s)? 4. Have you collected any of the $5,400,000 receivable stemming from the sale in August 1997? Thanks in advance for your response. Tom Brown >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>EOM<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
