Bill. Serious manipulation via MM. They have read that they stand to gain another 10 or 20 million shares from the bank of choice, RBB. Why not unload old stake on the ask, until they get bid pressure; but my guess is that since millo chars excersised all last month in fear of loosing, that the bid pressure is obsolete. At least for a few days. And since the old trading gang bang probably was not loaded up, why strectch the ask until it gets heavy.... good luck. IMO
