Howdy Joan, all Techriders. Nice comeback today on the internets and especially our GNET. Many internets have corrected 40% or more in the past few weeks so now is the time to be buying. I have been riding the wave as all TYPE I internets always go back to an old high.
The last time I said this GNET had got wacked and the high seemed a long way a off, 195 at the time. The stock did come back and beat the old high. The new high is now 199 and with a little time, we will take that out. I'm not worried nor have I been watching GNET pull back from 199 to 119 in no time. That's what internets do.
I'm trying to get everything ready before MRS. BLUE and I head out to California for a visit so I've been a busy boy. Tomorrow is a big day too. I'd tell you what I'm talking about but you know how I am about not putting a jinx on me before the ink is dry.
I was looking at my portfolio YTD and I'm thinking I've earned some fun time. I'm set, there really is nothing I have to do except maybe play the GNET split but for the risk of a major putting a buy rating on GNET while I'm trying to be cute, I don't think I'll try it.
Today I was looking at blocks of GNET that I bought within the past year for cheap, like $12.50 a share cheap, and a nice sized block I bought pre split at the same time my pal Joanie did, $30+ a share. Ol' Jed done hit a home run, no sense messing with perfection. Let that mountain of shares ride.... whatya call a Techride..... 199 one day, 119 the next and then 219 after that......yeeeeeeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaaaw! What a fun Techride this GNET is.

Thanks Joan! And congrats to you on yer CMCSK. Time to sell the WANG though. Gotta figure that if the company is recommending that shareholders take the 29 1/4 offer, they must have good reason. So, I now got a sell in for that and am going to go shopping for the next one. Looking for a "core" holding to replace WANG (which I considered one of my "cores"). Thinkin' about MMM. Everybody loves them stickytabs! :*)
909's to techride pals,
