"When was the last time a good Internet IPO traded below it's offering price?" I owned one last fall which traded below its offering prices for a couple of weeks--DRIV. It came out in the 8 range, traded between 5 and 8 for a while and eventually hit 61. All the nets are getting smashed lately, and as a group they start trading up 4-6 weeks before earnings season. This is the time period to pick spots, establish positions and wait.
