When they bundle what? Cable telephony? Broadband local access is what it's mainly about from here forward. Big topic - and not much time for me to jump into it head on right now... other than from the many posts already here that begin to address this. WCOM has some DSL relationships, but everyone knows that reselling RBOC copper, even for high speed data, is not a desirable solution. So you have fiber where it is cost justified, and you have BBFW.
