What's going on here. The bid/ask keeps going down as people buy. Is this because there are very few shares remaining in float?

If you can't even buy a hundred shares, and this isn't moving much, something weird is going on???

Maybe we should shake them up and all try and buy 100 at the ask, and see just what the heck they will try and do with it????
