The Arris Interactive JV is a little complicated, but here goes.

Arris is a joint venture company between NORTEL and ANTEC. NORTEL actually developed the product with RF help from ESP (which ANTEC owns) and ANTEC. ANTEC has the rights to market and sell Cornerstone to cable industry, NORTEL markets and sells it to telephone companies (not much HFC business there these days though). But, NORTEL gets to market Cornerstone for international companies based on their agreement so they do some business there.

However, I seem to remember reading a while back that NORTEL may have sold their interest in Arris to ANTEC. Or was that just a rumor at the time? Can someone help me out on this? I can't remember this exactly.
