Just wondering if anyone knows or has a time frame when the audit will be completed. The audit is a big part of the CVIA puzzle. Once it is complete the P's will start trading, right??

Response from DJ Hay - ArchivalCD

ArchivalCD - Yes, vanishing technology is an important aspect in our market pentetration. We address it constantly. Any plan to migrate from paper or microfilm to digitial image or digital database requires a migration path and update program to assure that the records are still accessible in the future.

Many market specialist think the CD format will be around for at least ten more years. We advocate a review of technology every five years to assure that the data is not lost. If the master material is on a master CD in our facility we will have naturally already converted to new standards before the general market finds it necessary. If the material is strictly client specific they may find themselves without data if the standards change to drastically and if they had not planned well.

Actually, although we advocate five year reviews, the CD standard will remain for a very long time, perhaps 10-20 years as a backwards compatibility with other drive types, most noticably right now as the DVD standards get synchronized. Only carefully tracking and analysing the technology level of the market can a client or ourselves stay aware of what standard to use and when it is necessary to convert.

Yup I saw that and thought the same thing. This is only part of Archivals game plan... this is the defining part of the name "Archival" CD... ABC News and Time Magazine validates what we have done and are doing, and I think alot of Daniel so all the ingrediants are there to have Archival to be a very nice deal for all of us.

I dont mind saying... you guys havent seen all sides of ArchivalCD yet, due to the non disclosure I am working under, I cant really elaborate, but I dont think anyone will be complaining about choosing them as our first IPO, once Daniel reveals to the public what is going on internally with Archvial <VBG>
