Monish, No, options on futures are just like regular options. The future is the product for future delivery, so if you buy or sell an option, you are saying you will take the future or short it at some time in the future. Which means that if you do nothing, you will end up with product or a bill on futures delivery date. "Hey, Monish, where did you want us to put this truck load of orange juice concentrate?" <g>
