It is the nature of the beast. This isn't even speculation, it is gambling, pure and simple. You just have to know when to hold'em and know when to fold'em. If you do not know how the market works then you are at a total disadvantage. One good indicator you can use is the Stochastics, that may help you. There will be another 500 point correction this year, you can bet on it. People who buy these internet stocks with margin will suffer. The Y2K issue may be the driving force behind the correction. I will be in cash the last half of the year waiting for Armegeddon before I jump in.
