ABFG's ArtOnRodeo.com Acquires Rare Snow White and Mickey Mouse Cels

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., May 5 /PRNewswire/ -- American Benefits Group, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: ABFG) (ABFG) has acquired two rare framed celluloids that
were used in the Walt Disney Productions animated films "Snow White and the
Seven Dwarfs" and "The Pointer," starring Mickey Mouse. These framed cells
will be auctioned off through ArtOnRodeo.com, a retail e-commerce store of
ABFG's Internet Shopping Mall, RodeoIsland.com (www.rodeoisland.com).

The first framed celluloid (cel) is an ensemble of 11 cels of Snow White
and other characters framed together as one picture. The cels are of the scene
of Snow White and forest animals running through the woods.
The cels are originals used in the classic 1937 animation "Snow White and
the Seven Dwarfs." The framed original cels are complete with a Certificate of
Authenticity. They are a select few that have been released to art collectors.
The remainder have been destroyed.
The second framed cel is an original cel of Mickey Mouse from the 1939
animation "The Pointer." This cel is from the scene where Hunter Mickey Mouse
attempts to calm the angry Bear he inadvertently wakened believing the Bear
was Pluto!
This framed original cel is also complete with a Certificate of
Authenticity. It is also one of a select few that have been released to art
collectors. The remainder have been destroyed.
A celluloid (cel) is a painting that is made for each slight movement of
the action of a character in a Walt Disney Production animated picture. These
celluloid paintings are then photographed in succession over master
backgrounds producing on the motion picture numerous pictures, each with its
minute change in movement. These, when projected on the screen in rapid
succession, create the illusion of motion. Celluloid paintings are the final
step in the creation of a Walt Disney animated picture. They are preceded by
stock sketches wherein the artists express their first creative ideas by the
animation drawings, which give life and movement to the characters.
Walt Disney original cels are included in the collections of many
important Museums and private collections including Metropolitan Museum of
Art, New York; Museum of Modern Art, New York; Cleveland Museum of Art; Toledo
Museum of Art; etc.
"We are very pleased to have acquired such very rare pieces of art. The
search, location and successful acquisition of such pieces of art is another
indication of the determination and dedication of ABFG staff. We have an
excellent team of store managers who are goal oriented and are extremely
dedicated to developing their stores to be the best in the World," stated ABFG
President and CEO, Jerry G. Mikolajczyk.
