Has QCOM released a 10-Q yet for this past quarter???
I do not think so,It is later than normal, last year released on April 24.
I believe deadline is 45 days from Q end, therefore May 15.

Re. prior post, I should have added that, if in fact the Q! has provided to employees of the Infrastructure Division all benefits contemplated by the various option/profitsharing/stock purchase plans, the employees do not have a right to more under these plans; unless under contract (or unless covered by a collective bargaining agreement, of which I've heard nothing), they have no right to employment or right to additional benefits. A suit by these employees, while their disappointment is understandable from their point of view, would likely not get very far (of course California law on employee rights is another animal) and will have only nuisance value.
If it hasn't done so already by the terms of the deal, which one would expect to be included as Q!'s responsibility, Q! may be asked to indemnify E for any claims/costs arising out of such actions.
The other issue is if the E deal is contingent in any way on a minimum number of/certain specified employees going over to E. (wild card) That would give leverage.
