This is what I find most significant to myself as a wsp shareholder at this point.
It's costing abz, and more than legal fees, since it's holding up the Aberex spinoff which is part of their financing plan for Diavik. So clearly they value the Camsell JV.

The story of abz turning down a 50mil offer for their 32% is interesting, but I don't think it's been confirmed, right?

Sudhir - Good posting and one that I can easily accept. One question though. How much of ABZ's current share price do you believe is based on WSP's play, and if the majority of legal minds assume that WSP will win the suit then doesn't your efficient market say that that is already built into ABZ's price?
