Fred, been time travelling with the Great Gazoo? I don't have the details ready to hand, and in any case I am not sure of your point. I have defended Presidential prerogatives, merely observing that when it is likely enough that an action will be protracted, it is wise to get political support lined up. Too hard for the pre- historic toonman to fathom, I guess....
