Stan, As part of your DD may I suggest that you read the SEC 14a released on the 6th of May. I was unaware that the PQT had converted 6.7 million dollars of debt for 19K+ shares of preferred stock that is not restricted and is convertible into over 19 million shares of common stock. Also did you know that there is convertible Series A and B perferred stock, also not restricted? That is just a little of what I found in the filing. There are some other things that bother me to. I've always wondered how PQT paid for the data feed for their quotes and info. from the market. They pay their affiliates in stock. Also not restricted. Ken
