OK you all, enough of this cyber masturbation! Here's the real story with real names and real numbers you can call and discuss it with. Amazes me all the so-called self styled investors who say they've done their DD, what crap! These guys are OUT OF BUSINESS! All they have left that hasn't been liquidated in their 11 soon to be 7 is their building. Unlikely their will be any distribution to stockholders once it is sold. You may call their BK attorney's at the following number and speak to Doris Kaelin at John Murray's office (one of the partners at the BK firm), she returned my call no problem. 650-852-9000. She was very candid and when asked is their any restructure planned she said matter of factly, "no, they are out of business, gone!" So much for the hype. Keep buying this thing and you'll be the proud partial owner of an empty shell. Latham and Watkins are only handling the suits against the company.
