Well, TransPoint's "Arbor Day" Launch was a false advertisement. I signed up for PECO Energy. I got an enrollment e-mail (with my named spelled wrong), informing me that I would still receive Paper bills in the mail. As a consumer I really don't care, but as an industry observer this tells me that TP E-Bills are not integrated with current billing systems. In other words, it doesn't look as if they have a way to turn off the paper with out tracking who gets paper and who gets electronic. In addition, It doesn't look like they have e-mail notification either. Benny(IMHO)
