Could it be the price already reflects the news ? People bidding it up in anticipation of it ? like the old saying Buy on rumor sell on news ?

Sagaloo,

Despite today's terrific news, people want to see some numbers.
No numbers, no slingshot movement upward. Hopefully, some of the
revenue projections will be forthcoming for the Kiosks and the
internet info-mercials. IMO when that happens, there will be no keeper her down.
