Iomega Wins Dell Most Improved Supplier Award

ROY, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 15, 1999--Iomega Corporation (NYSE: IOM - news) today announced that it was awarded the ''Most Improved Supplier Award'' by Dell Computer Corporation for its on-time delivery of high-quality Zip® drives and best-in-class customer service during 1998.

Five of Dell's suppliers received awards. Dell regularly measures supplier performance in terms of quality, customer service, cost and delivery times, and awards companies whose ''report card'' scores consistently reflect excellence in these areas. The award evidences Iomega's focus on continually improving its product quality and customer service.

''In 1998, Iomega significantly improved its overall Dell report card,'' said Marty Garvin, vice president, procurement, Dell. ''We congratulate them on winning this award. In 1998, Iomega instituted a number of process improvements. By adopting the virtual enterprise model and Six Sigma initiatives, Iomega improved delivery times to OEM (original equipment manufacturers), retail and distribution customers.

Hey Halfballrocker, Looks like you failed to cover your Netbank short. You had 17 down today but you waited, even though I reminded you and now it is up 22+ from the bottom for the day, half your paper profit is gone, and the rest is about to leave you.
Not brilliant, but brillo-brained. That means full of air and rusty.

Meanwhile I picked up more QQQ (Nasdaq 100) at 102 (closed above 108), AOL at 120 (closed above 130) and more Dell at 39+. You should go back to playing with your Nintendo64, or try the lottery.

Meanwhile IOM is hanging strong. Waiting for you to get it back to $3.5. Please try harder.
