<< doesn't it make sense that Reiter will be the first IPO, and soon?>>

Their revenues at this point are probably way too small, Ridge.

( But they won't be staying that way for too long).

They were initially profitable ( modestly), but I imagine expansion expenses are temporarily swamping the net. I am not sure they have the glam to be an IPO as of yet - but Reiters seems a very valuable asset in the long run. Perhaps as a partial participant in an IPO ... merged with one of the other companies. As Jubimer and Flick noted, maybe e commerce will be the point of connection. Hard to say. Many possibilities. Sure do not know for sure - would like to meet anyone who does.

Thanks. I was trying to remember where I saw that AXC acquired a majority of Reiter after the end of the quarter. One thing that the acquisition of Reiter after the quarter does is assure that this will be the last time we see declining sales on an AXC income statement because now Reiter sales will be included. If they acquire the majority stake in TVW before the end of this quarter we could see some really impressive sales growth this quarter, but somehow I suspect that they will wait until July 1 to take that majority stake, assuring even bigger numbers for Q3.

Yes, it certainly appears that Reiter will be the first IPO as well. This will allow them to hang on to the video divisions as long as possible.
