Pravin, I can't get the thought out of my head that the logical buyer for the Portland fab is Intel. Hard asset sales aren't normally subject to givernment regulation and INTC could use the extra capacity. Intel could trade guarantees of gazillions in analog business to NSM for the burial of CYRX and get away with it!

NSM would end up with cash in bank and a lock on future earnings. Intel would have buried the competition for StrongArm and Whitney. Share prices on both would climb.

It's an ugly thought but a sensible one.
