Morgan, no need to worry about this discussion. I was serious though that we would all benefit from your input when you have the time to provide it.

BTW, RTev and I never battle, we have great conversations (usually from opposite sides of the table) that generally lead to a higher level of understanding, at least for me.

As far as SFE, I own it from 35 all the way up to 95, and would continue to buy it if it still traded there. See my post:

Also, I was serious this morning when I said that if the NASDAQ turns around by the end of the day, I see the tech blow off to be nearing a near term end. Once the internet stocks start heading higher, all the day traders will jump in with a vengence. Look at what the T/Media One announcement has done to ATHM and XCIT...

Also, all this talk about communists and Clinton has turned me off a little as well, I wish people would just take it elsewhere.

Stay involved,
Teflon

FYI, folks, the NASDAQ is in the Green right now!!!! It may not hold, but the selling pressure is definitely subsiding a little. It's almost time for the Street (momentum players) to swing this ship around in the opposite direction.

Lock and load, folks:

"AT&T cemented its position earlier with its winning $54 billion cash and stock bid to take over MediaOne. Microsoft has been hovering in the shadows since last week, when it signed a confidentiality pact giving it access to MediaOne's financial records, spurring speculation it might enter the takeover battle alone or on Comcast's side.

Microsoft's shrewd maneuvering could give it a position of dominance in the broadband world approaching its dominance in desktop computers, said Scott McAdams, president of Seattle-based brokerage McAdams Wright Ragen.

''This is for all the marbles,'' he said. ''If they get AT&T -- and it sounds like they're going to get in there -- then they've won.''
