I agree that this latest move appears to merely be another cynically manipulative ploy motivated by greed, and I continue to stand by my April 1998 remarks:

Message 4006264

The nearest thing to a positive take that I can offer is my surprise that the proposal is for a mere 1-for-3 split. They must be losing their nerve.

Quite frankly, I don't believe this company deserves to be listed anywhere.

Well..... the gloves are off!! As they say in the world of professional wrestling, "Let's get it on!!!!!"

I think that you, Troyen are a little paranoid. I'm not sure what point you are trying to make with respect to, "... we can't have the price move upward...". Your negative discussion is not adding anything, by way of solution, to the problem, or to the issue for that matter.

Please, feel free to answer the question that I asked - in case you forgot, it was the pros and cons of a rights offering associated with the roll-back - or find a solution.... perhaps putting your money where your mouth is could be a start, ie. buying up the shares of the Company until the price is over $1.00. If that happens, then there will be no need for a roll-back, and then my original question is irrelevant.

This is fun!! I forgot how entertaining this site was. I look forward to hearing more of your babble!
