Who's the former Finance Minister? I bet it's Dr. Androsch! Why? Because Dr. Proksch is from Vienna and Dr. Androsch too. The members of the high society in Vienna know each other very well. Dr. Androsch was Finance Minister under chancellor Bruno Kreisky of Austria. He had to resign because there was some mismatch between his duties as finance minister and some private businesses. Moreover, his standard of living was a bit too lavish in the eyes of the ruling Socialist Party, he was a member of. But certainly he is a very clever guy. Reinhard
