I'm wrong more often than right on stock price predictions, but FWIW, I'll go out on a limb and predict a close above 20 this Quarter, if not this month.

Unless this Delta III failure somehow cascades into delays of the G* DII launches, this launch failure is, financially, a net nonevent to Loral, IMO, at least if the insurance proceeds go straight to Loral. In any case, Loral inherited the GMH's satellite and launch vehicle selection from Orion, so I fail to see how BLS is to blame (unless maybe for buying Orion in the first place.)
