This is much worse, after encouraging KLA leaders in France he starts the war and essentially dumps them..
This is more than just the stupid war...it is really a crime..

John, you may be right, that Clinton lost an opportunity to encourage the development of the U.N. Although I am skeptical of it, I admit that the end of the Cold War might have made a difference, and Bush was masterful in getting U.N. cooperation on Iraq....
