Susan CSCO is excellent for long term growth. Don't forget QCOM , you would do well to have it in your IRA also. I'd add WMT and HD to that group for steady (not spectacular)growth . Buy it and put it away.. I've been spending more time on the golf course this week, haven't sold anything other than trading in my NDB for SWS earlier in the week. Still holding NITE NTBK GBIX SWS and ATHM options in my trading portfolio. :) N.C.
