I didn't say that they should be sued as you are implying. I said that I can understand Business Wire's position, and don't think that they (the WebNode 3 and others) should have **used** Business Wire for their little so called educational "joke." They should have thought about ALL of the potential consequences, instead of just their tunnel visioned selfish thinking that this whole fiasco would merely and innocently be educational and comical. One person's trash is another person's treasure when it comes to humor, though, so if Business Wire didn't find *the* APRIL FOOLS JOKE to be funny for several days *AFTER* April Fools, then I surely can't fault them.

Janice, I am definitely not humorless, ask my friends, and my family, and those not living vicariously on the internet who truly "know" me about my sense of humor. But I have to honestly tell you that I think alot of your so-called humor is sadistic and **uncalled for**. Actionable?? That's not my place to decide.
