JDN, everything you said, and, EMC is still selling everything they can build, and AT THEIR PRICE. Hitachi is on a crash and burn price gouging tear of late, but that can't last. They have to show a profit in their division some day. The HP thing is way overblown. The deal they had with HP sounds like it had served its purpose, helping EMC get off the ground when they, EMC, needed a world class company to help resell their storage. Now, EMC is the best known storage company there is. Time to move on. Tony
