HAHA; In the short term I think you are probably correct about FACTS having little to do with stock price. But, in the long run, which most of the posters that I have read here seem to be in FACTS or FUNDAMENTALS have everything to do with the stocks price. I dont know the bottom here but I have bought at 111 and 100 and I feel comfortable. Now that its dropping I am not suggesting to people to try and catch a falling knife. BUT, watch it closely, Buy either when you feel comfortable or when you see it turn. JDN
