Jay, actually, on the fundamentals alone, it does not look that good, but I think that the market may be looking beyond the next two quarters. One of the things that does worry me is the lack of new fabs announcements. On the positive side, we had some consolidation in the dram business last year and today NSM dropped the second shoe by withdrawing from the CPU market. That might be a signal that the industry may come back to more rational pricing allowing sufficient margins for modernization and possibly expansion. We'll see. Right now, I am positive on CYMI and VECO as well (I'dd better go to the VECO site and let Denice know, or she'll hang me). Zeev
