I agree--- That is the one puzzeling thing to me about this "war", the small number of casualties ... I can only come up with the fact that serbs are european and white as an answer... A large death toll may cause a large backlash in the US....The Iraqi's have been demonized so much that mass death is tolerated/ignored by the west, much the same as a large death toll of viet cong, or blacks in the sudan...
