Wow! Your very first post under your name and I'm the first one you mentioned. I should feel honored. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the following question, so I'll respond to it first. I can't believe you would ask a question like that. The question you asked: 3. "Why would I want to drive the share price down, when many of my investors and I have bought thousands and thousands of shares, and at much higher prices? We lose money by driving the price down. And why would we want to take the company over? Firstly, I could not possibly afford to take the company "private", if this is what is meant, and secondly, Tracer does not generate enough cash flow to justify anyone or any company wanting to take it over. You must think all Tracer investors are idiots! The why is simple...you must have the majority of the shares to be able to do whatever you want with the company. By you or your friendlies/cronies buying as much stock as you possibly can, this will give you complete control of this company to do with as you like. You have no intention of taking control and making this a private company, you need the Nazdaq listing! May I remind you that not only you, but every board member works for us, the shareholders. You should work for us and make us your top priority, not a selected few you seem to take with you where ever you go. May I also remind you, as your employer, we retain the right to fire anyone who we feel doesn't have our best interests at heart. As long as you do not control the majority of shares, you and your followers are vulnerable. (can you feel your shorts tighten up?)I have seen many, many corporation heads make many, many mistakes in my 30 plus years of being in business. Have you under estimated us? Now we'll go to #4, your directed remark to me: 4. "Midwesterner" gives notice to Robinson that "his time is limited and he and his kind is no longer wanted or will be tolerated on the board at Tracer". What do you mean by "his kind"? I challenge Midwesterner" to discuss this insinuation with me directly, at either 403-290-1676, or via my email (davidrobinson@execmba.com). Furthermore, I just joined the Board on January 15th of this year - companies like Tracer that have failed for many years to show a return to the shareholders do not get turned around overnight. As they say: "Rome was not built in a day." I want you to know I have absolutely no interest in talking with you off the record. Anything I have to say to you I will do so here for the world to see. I'll stand by my statements. I would suggest however you be careful of what you write here and may want to consult with an attorney. You may want to defend yourself in a news release to all shareholders instead of on this board. I'll start out by saying non-performers such as some of the past directors wouldn't be tolerated anymore. Those who don't work for the best interests of the shareholders. I won't go into detail, but I think you know what I'm talking about. I can tell you this, I'm not interested in having people on the Tracer board with their own agendas and I'm sure many support this view as you will discover. And NO SIR...you did not join Tracer on 1/15/99, but you joined Tracer on 3/12/98 or did you forget? You then mysteriously resigned without a reason on 4/8/99 (see my previous post to yo...err Saracen)Message 9345303 You have been associated with this company for well over a year now and we're no better now than when you and your uncle started. And YES... Rome wasn't built in a day, but it sure was destroyed in a day wasn't it? That's lame. But it doesn't surprise me due to your youthful years. I'll finish with these 2 thoughts for you. (1) You have a very short period of time left to do a ton of convincing and damage control to your shareholders and (2) Just so you know who you're talking with, If you had of attended the A.G.M. of last year, and I'm sure you were invited, I was the one who talked with Mr. Viggers during the meeting about stepping down as he had been totally ineffective. Within about a month he was gone. Now I'm telling you that you and yours may consider doing the same thing. No more deaf, dumb and blind monkeys who can't communicate.
